To secure your booking, we require a deposit of £50 upfront for any treatment. This deposit ensures your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, guaranteeing our commitment to providing you with exceptional service. Upon completion of your appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the £50 deposit.
