Booking your appointment
Appointments must be made using our “ add online booking link https://www.defineaestheticstudio.co.uk/book-online .”The only exceptions are check-up requests.

Your appointment will be reserved for you. This will be confirmed by email as soon as you complete the booking process, and a reminder will be sent via email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We kindly request that you arrive in good time for your appointment; 10 minutes ahead is ideal.
Check ups can be requested via our ‘contact us’ page here https://www.defineaestheticstudio.co.uk/contact-us, by emailing: info@defineaestheticstudio.co.uk or via WhatsApp: +44 7399463008. Please include a clear, well-lit photograph with your request.
Whether booking a treatment or consultation with Sadia please note the following:
Prices are correct at time of going to press. Prices are subject to change without written notice and dependent on location of appointment.
A booking deposit of £50 for each procedure will be required to secure an appointment, this is non refundable.
48 hours (2 full days)** notice period is required if a reschedule or to cancel an appointment.
Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than the required 48 hour (2 full days)** notice will result in the loss of any deposit/monies paid.
**Please note: two full days does not mean 48 hours. For example, if your appointment is on a Friday and you wish to reschedule, you must let us know by the end of business hours on Tuesday, at the latest, or the deposit will be forfeited, and you will be invited to book another appointment online.**
Payments may be made by cash or card on the day or bank transfer prior to the appointment.
Please note that cancelled or reschedule of appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email or via the contact form on this website.
Booking deposits received are verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions, in the event of any cancellation.
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule and you may lose your deposit. (This includes, but is not limited to, sickness, travel problems, whether involving local traffic or public transport issues).
It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for any treatments before booking and securing an appointment for a treatment.*
*Please note, we may advise against, or decline to treat you on the day, if you:
• Are planning to marry within six weeks of your consultation (there may be possible bruising and swelling)
• Are planning to attend any other important event soon after your treatment
• Have an active cold sore or other skin condition in the area to be treated
• Have any underlying illnesses or previous surgeries in the area that weren’t mentioned beforehand
• Have had previous or incorrectly placed filler that needs to be removed first to guarantee optimal results.
Although we always try to be on time for you, on occasion, our appointments may slightly overrun particularly if a patient becomes unwell during their treatment, for example feeling faint or because of complicated cases. We thank you for your understanding.
On rare occasions beyond our control there may be circumstances where we must cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice. In these situations, our bookings team will be in touch to help you find the earliest next available appointment time to suit.

Complaints
Complaints can be made in writing via info@defineaestheticsstudio.co.uk
Once received, your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days.
The complaint will be investigated and you will receive a written response of the initial outcome within 21 working days.
Any complaints that can’t be resolved by the clinic will be referred to our independent insurance body.
